Flourish with Francis Mary

Early on Francis committed herself to the education and empowerment of others. She became a teacher and worked with children for 12 years before transitioning to a role in the public sector. During this time she also overcame some of her greatest fears and became a professional actor. Her first gig was a role she found on craigslist and has since gone on to act in theater productions, commercials, movies, and Spanish films like La Guagua and La Soga: Salvation. These experiences inspired Francis to dive deeper into herself as well as new healing modalities like Breathwork.

 

Francis now works with women, children, and teens who want to embody joy, lightness, and compassion. Oftentimes these people feel anxious, depressed, and repressed before Breathwork sessions, and euphoric after sessions. They let go of subconscious baggage like generational trauma, womb trauma, and ancestral fears which results in better relationships, higher self esteem, and fierceness. 

 

Francis lives in Rhode Island where she facilitates Breathwork events and Womb Healing ceremonies. She also travels to the Dominican Republic to share these healing techniques. 

 

Outside of work she enjoys exploring with her dog, Chucky, spending time at the the beach, watching sunrises, and hanging with the family.
